Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout is available. An optional customer account lets you manage your profile and view orders linked to your verified email address.
How much is UK delivery?
UK delivery costs £3.65. Delivery is free on orders over £50.00. Your delivery charge is shown before you place your order.
When will my order be dispatched?
Please allow 24–48 hours for dispatch of in-stock items after payment confirmation. Orders are processed on working days, excluding bank holidays.
What does “available to order” mean?
These items are sourced on request and are not held as ready-to-dispatch stock. The estimated sourcing time is shown on the product page. If your order contains both stocked and on-request products, contact us if you need to confirm the dispatch arrangement before ordering.
How can I track my order?
Keep the secure order link in your confirmation email. Dispatch details and a tracking number are provided when the order has been sent. Signed-in customers can also find their linked orders in their account.
Is a Certificate of Analysis available?
Where an active Certificate of Analysis is published for the selected batch, the product page links to the actual document. If no certificate is published, please ask us about documentation before ordering. We do not claim that every batch has a published certificate or independent testing.
Can you advise on personal use?
No. Products are supplied for laboratory and in-vitro research only, not for human or animal use. We do not provide dosing, administration or therapeutic advice.
How quickly will support reply?
We are a small independent business. Enquiries are handled around working commitments; please allow 1–2 working days for a reply.
